Mandy is a local Florida native who has a long history in the medical field and initially started working with Dr. Shim in 2000. Whether it be a phone call or when you come into to our practice, Mandy is usually first person that will greet you at ShimSpine! In her role as Patient Care Coordinator, she schedules appointments, manages medical record requests, and handles front office operations of patient check-in and out.
