We live in a 24 hour society.  Most of us are tethered to our mobile phones.  For some of us,  we are on call every minute to our jobs, or families.  Our recreational interests compete for our time.  The internet never sleeps and demands our attention.

No wonder we are sleeping less and less.

Lack of sleep can lead to depression,  stress, fatigue and failure to do the things important for our well being.

I know the recommendations for sleep sound impossible.  But try to get at least 7 hours of sleep nightly.

If you excessively snore, and wake up feeling not rested,  you may have sleep apnea.  Please consult your physician if you have any of those symptoms.
